Welcome to Precision Machining Company. We are a state-of-the-art facility adept in producing molds that meet our customers varied needs and specifications.

Precision Machining Company was established in 1984 with much hard work and dedication. My business was built on a foundation of integrity, my abilities as a toolmaker and total commitment to my customers. This formula has brought my company to where it is today: a growing, successful and highly competitive tool shop.

In 2001, I expanded my facility to 11,000 square feet to accommodate the ever-increasing demand for high-tech CNC machining applications. Starting in 1995, I purchased several Mazak's and Fadal's to keep up with the workload. This gave us a wide range of CNC capabilities.

All EDM work and grinding is done in house. We have two state-of-the-art graphite machines equipped to machine any size electrode to within .0005 tolerance. Our computer room has the latest in technological support. Our E-mail or FTP site allows quick and precise transfer of designs. We have the resources to meet all the demands of our customers.

My employee's expertise is unrivaled, especially when confronted with the most challenging of designs. I feel a team effort is essential to approaching each project and understanding our customers needs. This time proven method has been met with great success for our customers and further establishes us as a cut above our competition. Much pride is taken at every stage to produce a mold that runs right the first time. All of this forges a strong relationship with our customers.

Of note and personal satisfaction, our company was the first on the globe to build a 42" water assist frame mold. It ran beautifully the first time. We have also built, with success, several other water assist molds.
