Class 101
These are the highest priced made with only the finest quality material. Excellent choice for abrasive materials and/or tight tolerances. Production level is high. Cycles: 1,000,000 shots or more, fast cycle times.
Class 102
These molds are fairly high priced and made with materials of exceptional quality. Good for parts with abrasive materials and/or tight tolerances. Production level is medium to high Cycles: not more than 1,000,000 shots.
Class 103
This class falls within common price ranges making it a popular mold for low to medium production parts. Cycles: up to 500,000 shots.
Class 104
These molds fall within low to moderate price ranges, good for limited-production parts with non-abrasive materials. Cycles: up to 100,000 shots.
